Naya (Paper Recycling)
Naya is a paper recycling initiative that aims to combine the empowerment of women with environmental consciousness. Waste paper from hotels is recycled to create products that can be sold to generate income for the women as well as make the project self-sustaining. The women produce books, tags, handmade paper and coasters to be sold.
